Drive user growth and retention for key use cases through data-led strategies, personalized marketing, and continuous experimentation.
Responsibilities:

Support the development and execution of growth plans across key user moments (e.g. breakfast, coffee, fine dining) to meet key business OKRs.

Identify high-impact opportunities through market research and customer insights.

Collaborate cross-functionally to launch targeted marketing initiatives that drive engagement and retention.

Assist the Marketing team in planning and rollout of lifecycle marketing campaigns.

Drive & facilitate key meeting cadences to manage performance, including weekly & monthly business reviews.

Collaborate with the Product team to fine tune effective entry points to drive growth across user moments.

Build and refine effective customer segments.

Develop tailored growth strategies for different user cohorts.

Support the creation of personalized customer journeys across multiple touchpoints.

Run A/B tests and other experiments to validate growth tactics

Analyze key growth metrics (e.g. Frequency, LTV, CAC, Cost per incremental order) and generate insights.

Contribute to reporting dashboards to track performance and inform decision-making.

Contribute to the development and execution of the Division’s OKRs, while ensuring alignment with other Functions' heads.

Make critical decisions that support the Division's strategic and tactical direction.

Measure and track relevant OKRs and metrics to ensure the achievement of goals and take corrective actions when necessary.

Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Qualifications:

4 - 6 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, or User Lifecycle Management, preferably in a Tech company

Strong understanding of KSA user behaviour and trends

Equally fluent in numbers and user instincts, able to model outcomes while understanding what truly resonates with users

Prefer to have experience in SQL, Braze

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a relevant field is required.
