Growth Marketing Associate

Help us with the launch of our AI project manager DevHawk.ai, and to keep growing our core business Fraction.work!

Position (What You'll Be Doing)

• Execute marketing initiatives including content marketing, SEO/GEO, and social media
• Assist with conference schedule and planning, and in-person event execution
• Use AI tools to help generate and refine ad creative (images, video, content, etc)
• Help optimize PLG initiatives for our new agentic PM product

Requirements (What You Bring to the Table)

• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
• Know what works and doesn't in email + LinkedIn messaging
• Interest in using the latest AI tools to generate creative in a modern way
• Experience with keyword optimization, analysis of competitors' approaches, etc

Compensation

Full time positions include base salary + annual bonus + paid-time off and retirement plan.

Projected Total Compensation: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
