The FORTH Marketing Coordinator will support the Senior Marketing Manager in driving marketing initiatives for FORTH, with a primary focus on Club marketing and support for Hotel marketing. This role is responsible for helping brief projects, developing marketing copy, assisting with strategy execution, coordinating creative production (including photoshoots), and maintaining updated marketing assets across channels and platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment with a passion for hospitality, lifestyle, and guest engagement.
1. Marketing Project Coordination
Assist in briefing projects across creative, digital, and F&B initiatives.
Ensure all campaigns align with FORTH brand standards and business goals.
2. Content & Copywriting
Draft engaging, on-brand copy for email, social media, website, and promotional collateral.
Edit/proof materials to maintain consistency in tone and quality.
3. Creative Production & Photoshoots
Lead on-site coordination for photoshoots, video shoots, and content capture.
Ensure final creative assets align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
4. Marketing Strategy & Execution
Support in implementing marketing campaigns across club and hotel verticals.
Conduct light market and competitor research to inform campaign direction.
5. Design & Asset Management
Update and organize design assets and marketing files in Figma/ Adobe InDesign.
Partner with designers/agencies as needed for production.
6. Event & On-Site Marketing Support
Assist with the promotion of on-site club events and activations.
Ensure marketing materials and digital promotions are deployed on time.
