Position Overview

The Growth Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving Malaeb's growth and user acquisition strategies. This individual will focus on optimizing marketing funnels, experimenting with growth hacks, and leveraging data to achieve measurable results. If you're passionate about marketing, data-driven decision-making, and scaling businesses, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

1.Growth Strategy:

  • Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
  • Identify new channels and opportunities for growth and test their effectiveness.


2.Digital Marketing:

  • Manage paid and organic campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve the highest ROI and minimize customer acquisition costs.


3.Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and churn.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and HubSpot to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.


4.Content & Engagement:

  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and shareable content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns, drip sequences, and push notifications to engage users and drive conversions.


5.Product Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve the user experience and conversion funnels.
  • Provide feedback on product features and enhancements based on user behavior and market trends.


6.Experimentation & Optimization:

  • Conduct A/B tests on marketing strategies, landing pages, and campaigns to identify what works best.
  • Leverage SEO, ASO (App Store Optimization), and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques for continuous improvement.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of growth principles, digital marketing channels, and tools.
  • Experience with performance marketing, including PPC, social media advertising, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) and marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with a knack for testing and optimizing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of sports tech or the sports industry.
  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Familiarity with app growth strategies, including App Store Optimization (ASO).
