Are you passionate about building meaningful customer relationships and driving business growth through smart, personalized communication?
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive who can elevate our retention and lifecycle marketing efforts across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end CRM channel operations across Email, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, SMS, and in-app messages.
2. Design, build, and execute multi-touch CRM campaigns to drive retention, improve engagement, reduce churn, and activate win-backs.
3. Understand user segmentation based on behavioural insights, funnel actions, and lifecycle stages.
4. Run continuous experiments across content, creatives, timing, and user cohorts to improve CTR, conversion, and session depth.
5. Analyse CRM and funnel performance, generate actionable insights, and prepare weekly/ monthly reports & dashboards.
6. Work closely with product, content, and growth teams to optimize funnels, improve user
journeys, and strengthen activations and retention loops.
Skills & Competencies
1. Strong understanding of CRM channels (Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp) and lifecycle marketing fundamentals.
2. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Clevertap, MoEngage, WebEngage, OneSignal, or similar).
3. Strong execution mindset with experience running A/B tests, experiments, and data driven optimizations.
4. Comfortable working with dashboards, reporting tools, and basic Excel.
5. Creative thinking for content, campaign themes, and personalized communication flows.
