Location: Hyderabad Office

We are now hiring a Growth Marketing Lead — a senior, hands-on marketer who excels at delivering results. This isn’t a “strategy only” role. We need someone who has been there, done that, and is ready to own campaigns end-to-end: from planning and execution to reporting and optimization.

About the Role

The Growth Marketing Lead will:

  • Drive brand and campaign marketing for Raven Labs and client portfolios.
  • Own lead generation through multi-channel campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, EDM/email marketing, cold outreach).
  • Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, content marketing, and paid performance campaigns.
  • Support sales teams by building campaigns that deliver pipeline growth.
  • Execute marketing activities directly — from setting up campaigns to writing/optimizing EDMs, to reporting performance.
  • Be the point of contact for clients in agency-style setups, ensuring they see tangible growth and ROI.
  • Contribute to brand presence across social media and digital channels.

  • Clear, actionable reporting on performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+years of proven experience in growth marketing/performance marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong track record in both B2B and B2C campaign management.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, analytics, and automation platforms.
  • Excellent communicator in English (spoken & written) — confident in client presentations and stakeholder updates.
  • Doer mentality — strategic but equally comfortable setting up and optimizing campaigns yourself.
  • Entrepreneurial, ownership-driven, and results-focused.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
