We are looking for Growth Marketing Manager for IPL with 4+ years who has B2C and EDTech background, marketing strategist, driven end to end products, revenue focused and AI Stack expert.

6 days week – onsite job in IPL Bangalore, Koramangala

About the Role

• We are looking for a GTM Engineer to build, optimize, and automate our lead generation

• engine for our programs. This role will be instrumental in setting up and managing AI-powered

• marketing tools to generate, nurture, and convert high-intent leads for our programs.

• The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, data-driven, and innovative, with expertise in AI

• marketing automation, CRM optimization, and campaign orchestration. You will leverage

• AI tools to enhance audience segmentation, personalize outreach at scale, and optimize

• conversion funnels to drive admissions growth.

• Success in this role will be measured by the ability to generate high-intent leads, improve

• conversion rates, and optimize cost efficiency, ultimately driving enrollments for IPL’s programs.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
