POSITION SUMMARY
The Growth Marketing Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving the growth for the Credit Union. This role requires a unique blend of marketing expertise, strong analytical skills, and strategic business acumen to identify and execute growth opportunities. This role is requires dynamic problem-solving with a deep understanding of P&L and balance sheet management, consumer insights, and competitive market dynamics in order to best leverage analytical rigor and cross-functional collaboration to advocate for necessary resources and align teams around growth objectives. With strong marketing execution skills, the Growth Marketing Manager will manage full-funnel campaigns, with a focus on performance marketing, while maintaining a clear vision for the business's growth trajectory. The role will demonstrate expertise in the modern digital media landscape, as well as working knowledge of CRM and CDP tools. As a key representative of the business, the Growth Marketing Manager will craft compelling strategies and present insights to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

WORK ARRANGEMENT
The working arrangement for this position is hybrid. Hybrid work is an opportunity to find the right balance between working in the office and remotely, especially if it supports individual success and the needs of our organization. Hybrid schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business unit needs and may vary by department. For this position, three days per week in-office is strongly preferred.
