We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to work across our venture studio and portfolio companies - someone who knows how to create demand from zero, validate ideas in complex markets, and help founders build credible go-to-market strategies from the ground up.
THE ROLE

Lead growth-driven validation for new venture ideas, including demand testing in complex or non-obvious markets.

Design and run creative experiments that generate real market signals.

Work with founders to define positioning, ideal customer profiles, pricing, and go-to-market motion.

Execute hands-on growth activities, including landing pages, outreach, partnerships, and early campaigns.

Support portfolio companies post-launch as a growth partner to founders and early GTM hires.

Help build repeatable growth and validation playbooks for the studio.
THE PROFILE
You're probably a fit if…

You have 6–10+ years of experience in growth, early go-to-market, or venture-backed startups.

You’re a strong generalist - you solve problems first, then figure out the channel.

You’ve worked directly with founders in early-stage, ambiguous environments and thrived.

You’re comfortable validating enterprise, regulated, or operationally complex products.

You can move from strategy to execution without needing a large team or budget behind you.

You know how to set up and track digital ads and when not to run them.
Bonus: you’ve built validation or growth playbooks that others have actually used.
