Growth Marketing Manager

EVO9X is a New Jersey-based custom sports uniform and team apparel company specializing in full dye-sublimated uniforms, team stores and spirit wear. With our U.S.-based production and fast turnaround capabilities, we serve schools, travel teams, leagues, and tournaments across the United States.

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help us build brand awareness, generate leads, increase website traffic, and grow EVO9X into a recognized brand in the team sports industry.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

This is not just a social media job. This is a growth and lead generation role.

You will be responsible for:

• Creating marketing campaigns to promote EVO9X
• Increasing brand awareness
• Driving traffic to our website
• Generating inbound leads (teams, schools, leagues, tournaments)
• Managing organic marketing (social media, blog, email)
• Working with our technical SEO specialist
• Supervising and managing SEO automation
• Improving website content and conversion
• Creating content targeted toward coaches, athletic directors, and team managers
• Helping position EVO9X as a premium, reliable, fast-turnaround uniform supplier

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who understands SEO, content marketing, lead generation, and brand building — not just posting on social media.
