About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead the expansion of our construction services marketplace. This role will own the end-to-end growth funnel , from acquiring high-quality users to driving engagement and retention across all platform stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Acquisition

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Optimize performance based on CPL, CAC, and conversion rates
  • Build and manage high-converting landing pages
  • Develop lead magnets (cost calculators, guides, templates) to capture high-intent users

Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Create and manage CRM workflows (Email, WhatsApp, Push Notifications)
  • Segment users and design targeted engagement campaigns
  • Identify drop-off points and implement re-engagement strategies
  • Launch and manage referral & loyalty programs

Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Track and report on key KPIs (CPL, CAC, retention, LTV)
  • Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and messaging
  • Analyze user behavior to improve conversion and engagement
  • Ensure accurate tracking through analytics tools and pixels

Marketplace Growth

  • Maintain a balance between supply (contractors/engineers) and demand (homeowners/developers)
  • Support onboarding and activation strategies for new users
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to improve user experience

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Growth Marketing / Performance Marketing
  • Experience working with or scaling a two-sided marketplace is highly preferred
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • CRM tools (HubSpot, Zapier, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of SEO and local services marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

  • Reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) by 20%
  • Build a strong pipeline of verified contractors and active users
  • Achieve 40%+ user retention within 30 days
  • Launch and scale high-performing lead generation campaigns
