We’re looking for a data-driven and creative
Growth Marketing Specialist
to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, product, and analytics—experimenting with new tactics, analyzing performance, and scaling strategies that drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, activation, and retention.

Plan and manage paid campaigns across search, social, and display platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Design and run A/B tests across landing pages, ad creatives, and user funnels to optimize conversion rates.

Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to create engaging user experiences and messaging.

Track and analyze performance metrics (CAC, LTV, retention rate, conversion rate) to inform strategic decisions.

Identify and test emerging marketing channels or growth opportunities.

Build and maintain automated workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagement.

Continuously improve campaign performance based on data insights and growth experiments.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing.

Proven track record of driving measurable results in acquisition and retention campaigns.

Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, or Mixpanel.

Experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize) and CRM/automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).

Creative problem solver with a test-and-learn mentality.
