We’re seeking a systems-driven, AI-empowered Growth Marketing Strategist who can architect and operate full-funnel growth engines for clients. This role blends strategy, AI-augmented research, experimentation, messaging architecture, and multi-channel orchestration. You use AI as a strategy multiplier accelerating insight, deepening personalization, increasing iteration speed, and building compounding growth loops. You think in systems, not campaigns; leverage points, not tactics; and loops, not linear funnels.

Lead AI-driven research to define ICPs, messaging, positioning, and growth insights.
- Build growth blueprints including funnels, loops, lifecycle maps, and narratives.
- Develop behavioral, intent, and psychographic segments for personalization.
- Use AI to generate tailored messaging, landing pages, and nurture flows.
- Design multi-channel strategies across SEO, AEO, social, content, communities, and paid.
- Use AI to repurpose content and build scalable distribution playbooks.
Run experimentation cycles (hypothesis test insights- rollout).
- Use AI for pattern detection, forecasting, and optimization opportunities.
- Build dashboards and synthesize performance insights for leadership.
- Lead client strategy sessions, provide clear cross-functional direction, and maintain alignment.

Skilled in AI-driven research, clustering, synthesis, and insight extraction; experienced in building ICPs, messaging architectures, value propositions, positioning, and translating research into funnels, loops, lifecycle maps, and growth blueprints.
- Able to design and validate behavioral, intent, and psychographic segments, using AI to generate personalized messaging, landing pages, and nurture flows, and mapping full journeys from awareness to expansion.
- Experienced in designing multi-channel ecosystems with strong understanding of search, AI Overviews, LLM responses, social search, communities, and paid channels, and building AI-enabled playbooks, repurposing loops, and distribution frameworks.
Disciplined in testing (hypothesis test insight- rollout), using AI for pattern recognition and opportunity detection; proficient with GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, attribution tools, and building dashboards for leadership insights.
- Leads strategy sessions and roadmap reviews, simplifies complex AI-driven insights into actionable guidance, collaborates across content, UX, dev, paid, and sales, and maintains strong documentation and communication.
Designs end-to-end growth systems that minimize manual lift and create compounding loops connecting insights messaging distribution- experimentation.

- Familiar with advanced LLM workflows, embeddings, clustering tools, AI analytics, and AI-driven content repurposing; understands zero-click search, LLM citation pathways, and AEO patterns.
