As part of our GrowthLab department, this role supports end-to-end digital operations and campaigns by assisting with data analysis, optimization, and cross-department coordination to ensure smooth and effective execution.

Who You Are

  • Min 1 year of experience, preferably in digital or tech industries
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in fields such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or MIS etc.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Interested in AI projects and digital operations processes
  • Willing to learn basic operational tasks across different departments
  • Able to work with SQL and databases is a plus
  • Proactive, organized, and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Preferably knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong command of English
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio)

What You'll Do

  • Manage campaigns, content/visual updates, and digital operations processes
  • Support AI-driven projects in data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Perform basic optimization and data tracking in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting platforms
  • Monitor SEO metrics and propose improvements
  • Create reports and actionable insights using GA4 and other data visualization tools
  • Follow Customer Success First & Second Level Support functions to ensure proper task assignment and process tracking
  • Coordinate between departments and contribute to smooth execution of operational workflows

Track campaign and sales performance, analyze KPIs, and share results with internal and external stakeholders
