We're looking for a Growth & Partnership Manager to join a high-growth scale-up in the lifestyle and wellness sector in Qatar !

What you'll do:

• Lead the expansion of our premium partner portfolio (hotels, beach clubs, fitness clubs).
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing partners.
• Act as a consultant to our partners, helping them optimize their value and presence.
• Contribute your vision to a growing global team.

What we expect from you:

• Demonstrated experience in building and managing high-level B2B relationships.
• Total fluency in English and the ability to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
• Ambition, proactivity, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Residency in Qatar or immediate availability to relocate.
• Native fluency in Arabic is essential.
