Role Overview

We’re looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager in the UAE to lead our entry and expansion across the region. This is a hybrid role across business development, partnerships, and teacher-facing marketing.

You will:

  • Engage and grow our teacher user base through high-quality webinars, events, and training.
  • Manage inbound leads, conduct product demos, and close school-level opportunities.
  • Identify and onboard local distributors or resellers in the UAE — these partners will eventually lead scaled market expansion with your support.

This role is perfect for someone with EdTech experience in BD, partnerships, or marketing, who also understands educators and is passionate about improving teaching with technology.


Key Responsibilities

🎓 Teacher-Facing Marketing & Community

  • Host webinars, workshops, and PD sessions to onboard and support new teacher users.
  • Represent Inknoe at major education events (e.g., GESS Dubai, Bett MEA).
  • Build and engage teacher communities via WhatsApp, Telegram, or other local platforms.

💼 Business Development

  • Handle inbound leads from teachers, schools, and education stakeholders.
  • Deliver product demos and presentations to school decision-makers.
  • Close school-level deals and coordinate follow-ups with the HQ team.

🤝 Partnerships & Distribution

  • Source and evaluate potential resellers/distributors in UAE.
  • Build strong relationships with local EdTech training providers, consultants, and companies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for regional partners, supporting their success and expansion efforts.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–6 years of experience in EdTech, in roles such as business development, partner success, or educator-facing marketing.
  • Familiar with selling or promoting software to schools/teachers (especially SaaS tools or training platforms).
  • Experience with teacher engagement, such as running webinars, PD sessions, or education events.
  • Strong communicator and presenter — confident in front of educators and school leaders.
  • Comfortable with a hybrid role: part trainer, part marketer, part BD/partnerships lead.
  • Experience or strong network in the UAE education market.
  • Former educator is a bonus, but not required.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
