Job Summary
The Growth, Performance & Search Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving measurable business growth through digital marketing strategies focused on performance advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), AI search visibility, and lead acquisition funnels.
The role requires a highly analytical and data-driven professional capable of managing paid advertising campaigns, improving organic search rankings, optimizing website performance, and ensuring the company is discoverable across traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven search platforms.
The successful candidate will design scalable marketing systems that consistently generate qualified leads and maximize return on marketing investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth marketing strategies focused on generating qualified business leads.
- Identify new digital acquisition channels and optimize customer acquisition strategies.
- Build scalable marketing funnels designed to convert traffic into qualified leads.
- Conduct continuous experimentation and performance optimization to improve growth outcomes.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across major digital platforms including:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- LinkedIn Ads
- Manage digital advertising budgets and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value search opportunities.
- Optimize website structure, on-page content, and metadata for search visibility.
- Implement technical SEO improvements including site speed, indexing, schema markup, and crawlability.
Work with tools such as:
- Google Search Console
- Ahrefs
- SEMrush
AI Search Optimization
- Optimize company content and digital presence for discoverability within AI-driven search platforms.
- Develop strategies for visibility in AI-powered knowledge and answer engines such as:
- ChatGPT
- Perplexity AI
- Google Gemini
- Implement structured content strategies that improve citation and visibility in AI-generated responses.
- Monitor emerging AI search trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
Funnel Optimization & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Design and manage high-converting landing pages and lead generation funnels.
- Analyze user behavior to identify friction points in the conversion process.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
Data Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and key growth indicators.
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve marketing performance.
- Track lead quality, acquisition cost, and marketing ROI.
Utilize analytics tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
Marketing Automation & CRM Integration
- Implement marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and conversion.
- Integrate marketing systems with CRM platforms to improve lead management and sales alignment.
- Ensure proper tracking and attribution of marketing-generated leads.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external vendors to produce marketing assets.
- Provide regular performance reports and growth insights to company leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, SEO, or growth marketing.
- Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns and lead acquisition funnels.
- Strong understanding of search engine optimization and organic growth strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing analytics platforms.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI search optimization and emerging AI-driven discovery platforms.
- Experience managing B2B lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Experience integrating marketing funnels with CRM systems.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and growth experimentation frameworks.
