What you'll do.

A visionary and results-driven Growth Product Manager who will serve as the CEO of the product. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, defining a clear product vision, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-value features to meet both user needs and business goals. As the Growth Product Manager, you will maintain a holistic view of the market, product lifecycle, and its strategic direction, taking full ownership of the product’s success in the market.

What you're about.

  • Product Vision & Strategy:
    Lead the development and evolution of the product vision and strategy, ensuring it aligns with both customer needs and business objectives. Continuously refine and prioritize the product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business priorities.
  • Ownership of Product Outcomes:
    Own the success and failure of the product, ensuring that product and marketing goals are met on time and within scope. Be accountable for the product’s financial performance (P&L), user adoption, and overall success in the market.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Act as the primary liaison between key stakeholders (customers, business leaders, and development teams). Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Backlog Ownership & Prioritization:
    Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed, prioritized, and refined based on customer value and business impact. Make data-driven decisions to balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.
  • Agile Leadership:
    Work closely with the Scrum Master and development team to facilitate Scrum ceremonies (such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), ensuring the team is aligned and working efficiently toward the product goals. Ensure that requirements are clear, concise, and actionable.
  • Decision-Making Authority:
    Make key decisions on product features, functionality, design, and user experience. Be the final decision-maker on trade-offs between features, scope, and deadlines, always with a focus on delivering customer value.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
    Promote an environment of continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback, iterating on the product, and embracing innovation. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of product releases and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer-Centric Focus:
    Advocate for the voice of the customer within the team, ensuring that the product continually meets customer needs and provides value. Engage with customers regularly to validate product direction and make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership & Mentorship:
    Lead by example, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive team culture, where every team member feels motivated and engaged.

What You Bring:

Core Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, data analytics, other applicable areas of study, or equivalent applicable work experience.
  • 5 to 7 years proven experience as a Scrum Product Manager or similar product leadership role.
  • Strong experience in defining and executing product strategies with a demonstrated track record of success in driving product growth.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with a strong ability to balance business needs and technical feasibility.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Passion for the market and creating exceptional customer experiences and delivering high-quality products.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven business acumen and understanding of product performance metrics, P&L, and KPIs
  • Ability to travel up to 10% (Charlotte-based)/25% (non Charlotte-based) for team collaboration and customer engagement.
