What You’ll Do as a Growth Sales Manager
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the SITECH Strategic Business Plan
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales representatives to drive growth and expand market share
- Direct customer service and inside sales activities to ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Oversee merchandising initiatives to strengthen product visibility and adoption
- Build and maintain relationships with key contractors, surveyors, and equipment operators across Southeast Texas
- Partner with cross-functional teams (deployment, service, support) to deliver seamless solutions
- Monitor financial performance, create budgets, and track progress toward sales targets
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights to leadership
- Stay current on Trimble technologies, competitive offerings, and industry trends
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 7–10+ years of progressive sales management experience in construction technology, machinery, or related industries
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of coaching and motivating sales teams
- Strong customer service and solution-selling background
- Ability to read financial statements, create budgets, and apply business acumen to decision-making
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:- Technical knowledge of machinery, construction technology, or Trimble solutions
- Experience in the Houston-area construction industry with established customer relationships
- Familiarity with telematics, machine control, or site positioning systems
