We’re looking for an outgoing, highly organized Growth Specialist to join our team in İzmir.

This role is all about communication, coordination, and follow-up. You’ll be the bridge between prospects, senior leadership, and the technical sales team, ensuring that every opportunity is handled with precision and care.


You’ll need to be fluent in English, comfortable engaging with international prospects, and exceptional at keeping multiple moving parts organized without dropping the ball.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage leads from multiple channels, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Qualify leads and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM database.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate closely with sales and marketing teams on proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
  • Communicate directly with prospects and customers across multiple time zones, including Europe and North America.
  • Join select online meetings with customers to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.
  • Track each opportunity through the funnel, from initial inquiry to conversion, and support post-meeting follow-up tasks.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve inbound lead management and reporting processes.


Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up proactively, and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable communicating with international clients and adapting to different time zones.


Nice to Have

  • Experience in marketing, sales operations, or a growth-related role (B2B tech or SaaS experience preferred).
  • Experience using platforms like Salesforce.
  • Understanding of inbound lead qualification, sales funnels, or CRM workflows.
  • Previous experience collaborating directly with executives or senior management.
