We are looking for a skilled and motivated Tech Sourcer to support talent acquisition for Data Center Engineering and Infrastructure Operations roles across North America (USA). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technical landscape for data center, facilities, and critical infrastructure roles, and will excel at identifying and engaging passive talent in the Tech domain.

This is a contractual role. Locations - Hyderabad. Shift Timing - 6:00 pm - 3:00 am IST.

Key Job Responsibilities
  1. Data Center and Infrastructure Hiring - Experience sourcing for data center operations, critical facilities, or Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ IT infrastructure roles/ cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), with relevant academic backgrounds including degrees or certifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Sciences, HVAC, Electrician trades, Facilities Maintenance, and IT related Field.
  2. Boolean and Advanced Search - Ability to create targeted Boolean strings to identify candidates with niche technical skills across LinkedIn, X ray search/Open web, GitHub, trade forums and specialized job boards.
  3. Candidate Engagement for Passive Talent - Skilled at requirement gathering, sourcing and screening candidates in specialized technical fields, with ability to articulate role based value proposition to the candidate. Also responsible for building strategies and brainstorming to create efficient and creative sourcing solutions for stakeholders.
A Day in the Life
  1. Proactively source passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X ray search/Open web and other sourcing channels for remote sites.
  2. Conduct candidate outreach and engagement to build interest and assess right fit, filtering candidates during recruiter phone screens.
About the Team

The role holder will be part of the Global Strategic Sourcing (GSS) team, a central sourcing team for WW Amazon Talent Acquisition (ATA). We scout bar raising talent spanning across Americas (NA, LATAM), Europe, AMET and India, to enable and scale cost efficient sourcing solutions in Tech, Non Tech and high volume space.

Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full time Amazon experience
  • Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
  • Experience in full life cycle recruiting
  • Ability to curate market intel for saturated markets
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring
  • Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance and participation at technology meetups and technology user groups
