We are a joint venture between MEIG (Middle East Internet Group), Rocket Internet, and IMENA. Jeeny was established in 2014 as Easy Taxi. However, in 2016, it was revamped as Jeeny to cater to other services. Currently, we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
We have offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi.
Job Brief:
We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-oriented Go-to-Market Strategy Lead to spearhead the development and rollout of go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and market launches. This role will be responsible for shaping the GTM plan, translating strategy into clear commercial actions, and preparing the sales team with the right tools and messaging.
This pivotal role will focus on identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities across Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and other key GCC markets. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional strengths in both comprehensive market research and strategic go-to-market planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities for new product and service introductions within the on-demand tech landscape across Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and the broader GCC region.

Develop, refine, and execute data-driven go-to-market strategies tailored for successful market entry, user acquisition, and sustained growth in target MENA markets.

Collaborate closely with product development, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of GTM initiatives.

Monitor market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape continuously to inform strategic adjustments and identify potential risks or opportunities.

Drive the entire GTM lifecycle, from initial market validation and strategy formulation through to launch, post-launch performance analysis, and optimization.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of GTM strategies and report on market performance.
Requirements-
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in market research and go-to-market strategy, with a strong preference for candidates from on-demand technology companies or fast-paced digital environments.

Demonstrated expertise in identifying, researching, and validating new market opportunities for product and service launches.

Deep understanding of the cultural, economic, and regulatory landscapes of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and other GCC markets.

Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and robust GTM plans.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
