Our customers range from schools to governments to exporters all around the world (we're the largest seller of buses to Africa and LATAM), and we’re on a mission to reinvent how vehicles get bought and sold online.

Your Mission:
Build the dominant marketplace in a fragmented, old-school industry. Turn AI + speed + execution into unfair advantage.

What You’re Walking Into:

  • International leading used bus marketplace with strong inventory
  • Mobile-heavy traffic (~65%)
  • Active paid channels (Google + Meta)
  • HubSpot CRM
  • Data stack late stage-integration
  • Small, high-agency team

You will own growth. End to end.

Core Outcomes (12–18 Months)

  • Global domination (measured in KPI's)
  • Increase qualified lead volume and close rate
  • Reduce blended CAC while scaling spend
  • Build measurable full-funnel attribution
  • Turn content into a defensible traffic moat
  • Implement AI-driven growth workflows

If it doesn’t drive revenue, it doesn’t ship.

What You’ll Actually Do

1. Own the Full GTM Engine

  • Paid search + paid social scaling
  • Marketplace SEO strategy
  • Mobile-first CRO
  • Lifecycle + retention flows
  • Offer positioning and testing
  • New vertical expansion strategy

2. Build AI-Driven Growth Systems
You should actively use:

  • Claude Code or equivalent AI coding copilots
  • Clay for data enrichment and outbound intelligence
  • GPT workflows for content + funnel optimization
  • AI for ad creative iteration and testing
  • Automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
  • AI analytics layers for faster insight loops

You don’t “experiment with AI.”
You operationalize it.

3. Own GTM Data + Attribution

  • Connect HubSpot, GA, ad platforms
  • Build dashboards tied to revenue
  • Shift decisions to LTV/CAC thinking
  • Kill vanity metrics

4. Turn Content into Authority

  • Expand Knowledge Center
  • Capture commercial search intent
  • Build use-case funnels (schools, contractors, exporters, etc.)
  • Use AI to accelerate content velocity without sacrificing quality

5. Operate Like an Owner

  • Ship daily/weekly
  • Test aggressively
  • Break bottlenecks
  • Align tightly with sales

Who You Are

  • 7+ years GTM / growth experience
  • Marketplace, B2B, or automotive experience preferred
  • Have built and scaled a revenue engine before
  • Deep in performance marketing + analytics
  • AI-native operator (not AI-curious)
  • Comfortable making decisions with imperfect data
  • High agency, low ego
