Guest Communication Executive (Reservation)

Job Description

Key accountabilities

  • Responsible for all outgoing and incoming customer calls, verifying accuracy and handling emergency issues.
  • Ensuring that all calls are handled overseeing Restaurant, SPA and Hotel Reservations
  • Representing the hotel in accordance with all Peninsula Standards and Service Principles

Profile Description

General requirements

  • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role within Front Office or Reservations in a Luxury Hotel environment with similar standards and expectations.
  • Thorough knowledge of customer service needs and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, time management, organisational skills, highly adaptable with a focus on problem solving, naturally positive.

  • Fluent English communication proficiency. Expertise in a second language would be desirable.
