Job Description

Maximize room revenues through a thorough understanding of all booking channels, managing inventory and rate accordingly

Liaise with Reservations, Front Office and Sales to ensure the highest level of guest service is maintained while maximizing profit

Play an active role in the strategic plan, marketing plan and budgeting processes

Ensures accurate and timely preparation of analytical reports
-
Deliver to our guests a total passion and commitment to excellence

Take full responsibility with general enquiries, reservations, correspondence and updating guests history
-
Take responsibility for ensuring room-type overbookings are sorted in good time

Responsible for training all Reception staff on Reservation
-
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all reservation systems to optimize average room rate and occupancy

Demonstrate full understanding and efficient operation of telephone and paging systems.
