Postion: Guest Experience Associate (Fine Dining Restaurant)

Starting Salary: SAR 4,000 + Food, Shared Accommodation, and Transportation

Location: Riyadh

Position Overview: We are seeking a welcoming Guest Experience Associate to serve as the first point of contact at our prestigious luxury café in Riyadh. This role is pivotal in creating exceptional first impressions, managing guest flow, and ensuring every visitor feels valued from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all arriving guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality, creating an immediate sense of welcome that sets the tone for an exceptional luxury café experience.
• Manage reservations, walk-in requests, and waitlist efficiently using the reservation system, providing accurate wait time estimates and ensuring guests feel attended to throughout the arrival process.
• Escort guests to their tables with grace and attentiveness, presenting menus, explaining special features, and ensuring they are comfortably settled before transitioning to the service team.
• Orchestrate optimal table assignments based on party size, guest preferences, reservations, and dining room capacity, balancing efficient space utilization with creating the refined, unhurried atmosphere expected.
• Monitor dining room status continuously, coordinating with service staff and management to track table availability, service progression, and anticipated turnover for effective guest flow management.
• Manage guest departures courteously, expressing sincere appreciation for their visit, assisting with any final needs, and inviting them to return, leaving a lasting positive impression.
• Maintain seamless communication with all front-of-house team members including managers, supervisors, and service staff regarding reservations, special requests, VIP arrivals, and any guest-related information.
• Answer telephone inquiries professionally and efficiently, providing information about the café, taking reservations, addressing questions, and representing the establishment with polished communication.
• Handle guest inquiries about facilities, menu highlights, special dietary accommodations, and café services with knowledge and courtesy, directing complex questions to appropriate team members.
• Recognize and acknowledge repeat guests, VIP visitors, and special occasions, communicating relevant details to service teams to enable personalized experiences that exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in guest relations, hosting, reception, or customer service roles, preferably in luxury hospitality, upscale dining, or premium service environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English required; fluency in Arabic highly preferred for engaging with local and regional clientele in Riyadh's luxury market.
• Polished appearance, warm personality, exceptional interpersonal skills, and composure under pressure essential. Must demonstrate organizational ability, attention to detail, grace in multitasking, and genuine passion for creating welcoming guest experiences.

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼4,500.00 per month
