The VIP Guest Relation / Customer Experience Ambassador is responsible for providing exceptional service to VIP guests and ensuring a world-class, memorable experience throughout their visit. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to manage special requests and high-profile visitors in a fast-paced theme park environment.
Guest Services & VIP Handling
- Welcome, assist, and escort VIP guests from arrival to departure.
- Provide personalized service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and special arrangements promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with multiple departments (Operations, Attractions, F&B, Security, etc.) to facilitate smooth experiences for VIP guests.
Customer Experience Management
- Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively identifying needs and resolving concerns.
- Monitor guest flow and service standards in VIP zones, lounges, and priority areas.
- Conduct guest experience surveys and capture feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support crowd control and queue management when required.
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and high-value clients.
- Provide accurate information about park attractions, shows, schedules, events, and facilities.
- Coordinate with Guest Services, Event Teams, and Operations for special events or VIP visits.
Operational Support
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow grooming standards.
- Keep records of VIP interactions, incidents, and service recoveries.
- Assist during peak hours, special events, and promotional activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Hospitality, Tourism, or related field).
- Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, hospitality, or theme parks is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: QAR4,050.00 per month
