The VIP Guest Relation / Customer Experience Ambassador is responsible for providing exceptional service to VIP guests and ensuring a world-class, memorable experience throughout their visit. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to manage special requests and high-profile visitors in a fast-paced theme park environment.

Guest Services & VIP Handling

  • Welcome, assist, and escort VIP guests from arrival to departure.
  • Provide personalized service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
  • Manage guest inquiries, requests, and special arrangements promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments (Operations, Attractions, F&B, Security, etc.) to facilitate smooth experiences for VIP guests.

Customer Experience Management

  • Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively identifying needs and resolving concerns.
  • Monitor guest flow and service standards in VIP zones, lounges, and priority areas.
  • Conduct guest experience surveys and capture feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support crowd control and queue management when required.

Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and high-value clients.
  • Provide accurate information about park attractions, shows, schedules, events, and facilities.
  • Coordinate with Guest Services, Event Teams, and Operations for special events or VIP visits.

Operational Support

  • Maintain a professional appearance and follow grooming standards.
  • Keep records of VIP interactions, incidents, and service recoveries.
  • Assist during peak hours, special events, and promotional activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Hospitality, Tourism, or related field).
  • Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, hospitality, or theme parks is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
  • Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,050.00 per month
