Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures

- Provide personalized assistance and local recommendations

- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property readiness

- Maintain high guest satisfaction and encourage positive reviews

Candidate Requirements:

- Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or property management

- Fluent in Arabic and English

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Must own a car and hold a valid UAE driver’s license

- Professional appearance and proactive attitude
