Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential buyers and investors to introduce and promote real estate projects developed by Vincitore Realty.
  • Provide detailed information about project features, pricing, payment plans, and availability.
  • Follow up on incoming leads generated from marketing campaigns and online inquiries.
  • Schedule site visits and meetings between clients and sales executives.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of all client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Handle client queries professionally and provide solutions or escalate to relevant teams when necessary.
  • Assist in generating qualified leads to support the sales pipeline and achieve targets.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.

Requirements:

  • Preferred Arabic speakers with excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or property development.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills over the phone.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
