Guest Relation Officer

We are a multispecialty hospital committed to delivering quality and compassionate healthcare. To enhance patient experience, we are looking for Guest Relation Officers who can ensure smooth communication, patient satisfaction, and professional front-office services.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors with courtesy and empathy.
- Guide patients through registration, billing, admission, and discharge processes.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, and diagnostic teams to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Handle inquiries (in-person, phone, and email) and provide accurate information about hospital services.
- Address patient grievances and escalate to concerned departments if required.
- Assist elderly, differently-abled, and critical patients with priority care.
- Maintain a professional, patient-friendly reception and waiting area.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information and hospital records.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Tamil and English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital information system preferred).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Graduate / Bachelor of Social work or Master of Social Work - preferred
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service
