Guest Relation Supervisor (Female)

Seeking an experienced Guest Relations Supervisor (Female) with a strong background in luxury hotel operations to lead and manage the guest relations team. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional service delivery, handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively, and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication, leadership skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the guest relations team to deliver outstanding service.
• Handle guest complaints, inquiries, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain positive guest relations and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest issues and improve service quality.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate guest relations staff performance.
• Prepare reports on guest feedback and team performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and luxury hospitality standards.
• Assist in organizing guest-related events and special services.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of guest relations experience in the luxury hotel sector, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues tactfully.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications and hotel management software.
