Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Agent located in Dubai. The Guest Relations Agent will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming and greeting guests, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs, and performing receptionist duties efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Guest Relations and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Proficient in Receptionist Duties
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
