Job Overview

We are looking for a Guest Relation Executive to manage front desk operations and enhance the overall guest experience at our fitness studio. The role involves welcoming members, handling inquiries, and driving sales through cross-selling and upselling of fitness services and memberships. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist members and walk-in guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth daily studio functioning
  • Handle member queries related to memberships, services, schedules, and facilities
  • Promote fitness programs, memberships, and add-on services
  • Perform cross-selling and upselling to maximize revenue
  • Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for seamless guest experience
  • Maintain accurate member records and follow-ups
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and retention

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation mandatory (any discipline)
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Comfortable working in a sales-oriented environment
  • Willingness to work in a fitness studio setup

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
