Since 2018 , Smile Hair Clinic continues its operations in a 7-story, stylishly designed, high-tech clinic building in the financial district of Eastern Istanbul, where more than 120 trained personnel work. The quality and excellence of hair transplantation operations depend on intensive training procedures. We are looking for an "Guest Relations Manager" to join our growing team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a Bachelor's Degree from the relevant departments of universities,
• Speaks English well, preferably a second language,
• Has high communication and team management skills,
• Has experience in the healthcare sector and is familiar with the dynamics of the sector,
• Has a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of Patient Services,
• Has managed complaint processes

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing the team under responsibility,
• Designing and implementing strategies to increase patient satisfaction levels,
• Managing patient complaint management,
• Presenting reports for areas of responsibility
