Responsibilities:
- Respond to any questions, needs and desires of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction.
- Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones.
- Expect and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquires.
- Actively listen and resolve guests’ complaints.
- Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff .
- Promote all amenities, conveniences and programs offered.
- Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, online platforms And Whats APP.
- Have Enough Experience About UAE Map & Dubai Locations for Planning Trips Dispatching
- Offer assistance and recommendations to guests based on their preferences and needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding bookings and payments.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of guest reservations.
- Selling and promoting reservation services.
- Promote special offers, packages, and Addons to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, Collage Grade Preferred.
- european language or chinese speaker preferred but not required
- Hospitality Experience or Transportation Experience Preferred.
- Experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries.
- Customer-service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in microsoft office & Online Portals.
- Data entry experience.
- Flexible working hours.
