Guest Relations Officer

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to any questions, needs and desires of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction.
  • Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones.
  • Expect and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquires.
  • Actively listen and resolve guests’ complaints.
  • Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff .
  • Promote all amenities, conveniences and programs offered.
  • Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, online platforms And Whats APP.
  • Have Enough Experience About UAE Map & Dubai Locations for Planning Trips Dispatching
  • Offer assistance and recommendations to guests based on their preferences and needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding bookings and payments.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of guest reservations.
  • Selling and promoting reservation services.
  • Promote special offers, packages, and Addons to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, Collage Grade Preferred.
  • european language or chinese speaker preferred but not required
  • Hospitality Experience or Transportation Experience Preferred.
  • Experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries.
  • Customer-service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in microsoft office & Online Portals.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Flexible working hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
