Guest Relations Officer

Job Overview

Cála is an upper-tier dining space built around experience, storytelling, and precision. We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer who understands that hospitality is not just service. it is anticipation, discretion, and emotional intelligence.

This role is ideal for someone who can manage guests with calm confidence while maintaining a refined, quiet, and controlled floor presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and host guests, ensuring a smooth and composed arrival experience
  • Manage reservations, table allocation, and guest flow efficiently
  • Build relationships with repeat and VIP guests, remembering preferences and occasions
  • Guide guests through the dining experience when needed (menu, concept, dishes)
  • Handle complaints professionally and ensure effective service recovery
  • Coordinate closely with floor staff and kitchen to maintain service timing
  • Maintain a calm, organized, and noise-controlled environment on the floor
