Guest Relations Officer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in guest relations, hospitality management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints and issues promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Supervise and guide staff across housekeeping, front desk and maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Schedule and manage staff shifts to guarantee adequate coverage and service delivery.
  • Oversee the upkeep of the guest house, ensuring it remains clean, well-maintained and in good repair.
  • Record information in the logbook daily, documenting guest interactions, issues resolved and operational updates for management review.
  • Coordinate with university departments to facilitate events, conferences and guest accommodations.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety and compliance protocols for both guests and staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections to uphold service quality and operational standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
