Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in guest relations, hospitality management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints and issues promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Supervise and guide staff across housekeeping, front desk and maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Schedule and manage staff shifts to guarantee adequate coverage and service delivery.
- Oversee the upkeep of the guest house, ensuring it remains clean, well-maintained and in good repair.
- Record information in the logbook daily, documenting guest interactions, issues resolved and operational updates for management review.
- Coordinate with university departments to facilitate events, conferences and guest accommodations.
- Implement and enforce health, safety and compliance protocols for both guests and staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold service quality and operational standards.
