Position Overview

We are seeking an engaging, detail-oriented, and service-focused Guest Relations Officer who will be responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized experiences to each guest from arrival to departure. The successful candidate will demonstrate superb communication skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and an unwavering commitment to exceeding guest expectations. This vital role is key to elevating guest satisfaction, expertly managing VIP services, and ensuring the efficient operation of the front office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests enthusiastically during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay, providing professional and courteous service at all times.
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs, delivering thoughtful recommendations about hotel amenities, special services, and local attractions.
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring every guest feels valued and supported with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Oversee all aspects of VIP guest arrivals and departures, ensuring personal preferences and special arrangements are flawlessly executed.
  • Coordinate and fulfill special guest requests—such as celebrations, custom room setups, and personalized amenities—with precise attention to detail.
  • Actively promote and upsell hotel features, dining venues, and exclusive packages to enhance the guest experience and contribute to revenue goals.
  • Maintain immaculate cleanliness and presentation in all guest-facing areas, reflecting the hotel’s quality standards.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Housekeeping, Concierge, Food & Beverage, and other departments to deliver an integrated and seamless service experience.
  • Collect guest feedback during and after stays, share key insights with management, and support initiatives to continuously improve service quality.
  • Present a polished, professional image consistently, and foster a positive, team-oriented, guest-first culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Prior experience in a guest-facing hospitality role is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Warm and approachable personality, with the ability to remain composed and diplomatic under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and a true commitment to delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
