Guest Relation Representative

Doha, Qatar

  • Responsible for the smooth operation of the front reception desks ensuring the highest level of service excellence.
  • Ensures that guests’ traffic through the front lobby flows with a minimum of disruption.
  • Greets all guests to hospital, ascertaining their needs and directing appropriately.
  • Ensures that the front lobby is maintained in a neat and orderly fashion.
  • Demonstrates the ability to calmly and courteously interact with individuals who are stressed, anxious or upset and exercises maturity and sound judgment in accommodating the needs of patients, families, visitors within reason and within hospital policies.
  • Identifies and refers problems to appropriate staff.
  • Assist concierge services and acts as a liaison between patient/family, visitors, and hospital staff in addressing non-medical special requests.
  • Encourages patients to participate in patient satisfaction surveys after discharge/leaving outpatient clinic.
  • Any clerical task assigned by the department head.
