Guest Room Attendant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Guest Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience during their stay. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, contributing to the overall hospitality experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in housekeeping or janitorial services, with a strong focus on customer service.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure that all public areas are clean and well-maintained, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Conduct floor care activities such as mopping, waxing, and buffing as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or assistance.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is preferred.
• Strong background in cleaning practices, including industrial cleaning and custodial experience.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management principles is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
• Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
