Guest Service Agent (Multi-Tasking) Gentlemen

Position Title: Guest Service Agent
Department: Front Office
Reports To: Front Office Manager or his/her authorized representative
Shift Assignment: Evening and Graveyard Shifts
Eligibility: Male candidates only

Role Overview

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests at the reception desk, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, and assisting with guest inquiries. This role requires professionalism, courtesy, and the ability to handle operational tasks efficiently during evening and overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and assist with check‑in, check‑out, and room assignments.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
  • Support the Front Office team in ensuring smooth operations during evening and graveyard shifts.
  • Perform light to moderate heavy lifting when required (e.g., luggage assistance, moving supplies).
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs promptly.
  • Uphold the image of Lagoona Beach Luxury Resort & Spa by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
  • Physically fit to handle occasional lifting tasks.
  • Flexibility to work evening and overnight shifts.
  • Team‑oriented with a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Experience:

  • Reception / Front Office in a Hotel: 2 years (Required)
  • OPERA: 1 year (Required)
