Guest Service Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Officer at City Avenue Hotel in Dubai. The Guest Service Officer will provide exceptional guest service, handle guest inquiries and concerns, manage reservations, perform receptionist duties, and ensure a positive experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Guest Service and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
