Should possess a minimum 3-4 years experience in similar role.
Should deliver exceptional customer service to guests throughout their stay.
This role ensures smooth front desk operations, accurate information flow and prompt resolution of guest needs. As the hotel’s primary point of contact for guests, she should efficient provide check-in/check-out services, handle enquiries and coordinating with other departments to maintain guest satisfaction and hotel standards.
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression.
Provide hotel information, facilities, amenities and local area guidance.
Coordinate special requests (early check-in, late checkout, amenities, etc.).
Communicate guest needs promptly and accurately.
Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues quickly.
Responds to escalated guest concerns in a considerate, professional and positive
manner by showing empathy and listening actively.
