You’ll be the friendly face (and calming voice) that keeps the day running smoothly.

Schedule

Part-Time (24 hrs/week)
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Sunday: 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM

Compensation:
Starting at $15–$16 per hour, based on experience in guest services or salon front desk roles.

Your superpowers will include:

  • Welcoming guests and setting the tone for an amazing visit
  • Answering calls, emails, and questions with confidence and warmth
  • Scheduling appointments accurately in our salon & spa software
  • Checking guests out for services and retail purchases
  • Helping guests with services, products, and general questions
  • Solving small problems before they become big ones
  • Keeping guest information updated and organized
  • Routing calls and following up when needed
  • Supporting the team so the entire experience feels seamless
