Guidewire DH/IC Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Perform the end-to-end tests on the data pipeline from the source ( ex. Guidewire Policy Center/ Claim Center, Legacy source systems ) till the Downstream extracts and BI ( IBM Cognos ) level

Create test data on the Guidewire Policy Center, Claim Center or legacy system for functional checks

3

Validate the job execution, performance, data mapping and transformations

4

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other required teams to ensure end-to-end data consistency.

Analyze the dev scripts to understand the pipeline design and data flow

6

Design the SQL scripts for data analysis, verification and backtracking

7

Prepare and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data for various scenarios

8

Report defects, track resolutions, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

9

Arrange test evidence walkthrough/presentations for the end-users

Mandatory Skills

1

Strong experience in Guidewire DataHub and InfoCenter testing .

2

Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis.

3

Hands-on experience with ETL testing and data migration validation.

4

Good understanding of SAP BODS or other similar ETL tools

5

Intermediate level MS Excel for data analysis

Good to Have

Familiarity with Cognos BI or similar reporting tools.

Understanding of Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and ContactManager data models.

3

Understanding of Insurance domain.

4
