We are looking for a responsible, confident and sales-focused Gym Operations & Sales Manager to manage the daily operations of our fitness centers, including a combined gym and a women’s gym.
The ideal candidate should be able to manage staff, improve sales, increase renewals, handle member complaints, maintain gym discipline, and make sure both gyms run smoothly across morning and evening shifts.
This role is not only admin based. The candidate must be able to take ownership of operations, sales, member experience, staff performance and daily reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of both gyms
- Supervise front desk/sales staff, trainers, cleaners and support staff
- Ensure smooth operations in both morning and evening shifts through shift leads
- Improve new memberships, renewals and expired member recovery
- Monitor sales follow-ups, walk-ins, WhatsApp/call inquiries and lead conversion
- Track PT sales and trainer-wise performance
- Handle member complaints and improve member satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline and overall gym environment
- Check staff attendance, punctuality and performance
- Coordinate with accounts for daily collections, pending balances and reports
- Coordinate with marketing/social media team for campaigns and lead generation
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for management
- Ensure no misuse of memberships, expired access, unapproved discounts or wrong entries
- Help implement targets, incentives and accountability systems
Requirements
- Minimum 3–6 years of work experience
- At least 2 years of team management experience
- Experience in gym, fitness, retail, hospitality, salon/spa, clinic, customer service or sales operations preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Sales and target-oriented mindset
- Able to manage staff firmly but professionally
- Good problem-solving and complaint-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp follow-ups
- Must be comfortable with rotational timings and visiting both shifts when required
- Presentable, disciplined and professional personality

- Someone who can take ownership and report directly to the owner/management
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Karachi Clifton: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
