Full job description:

We are hiring Painter / Gypsum technician who is responsible for performing high-standard painting, decorative finishes, and gypsum installation and repair work.

He should Join immediately with cancelled Visa or Visit visa.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of UAE experience in painting and finishing works.
• Facility management company experience.
• Age should not more than 35 years.
• Speak English very well and understanding Arabic is a plus.
• Follow health, safety, and site regulations.

Painting Works:

• Mix paints and match colors with old color as per client requirements.
• Matching existing color tones and finishes for touch-up work and restorations.
• Knowledge of decorative painting and special finishes is an advantage.
• Skilled in interior and exterior painting, including brush, roller, and spray techniques.
• Proficient in applying emulsions, enamels, varnishes, textured paints, and special finishes.
• Preparing surfaces for painting or gypsum works, removing old finishes, and ensuring surfaces are clean, dry, and even.
• Surface preparation including puttying, sanding, priming, and filler application for seamless finishes.
• Protect surfaces and surrounding areas using masking, taping, or coverings.
• Ensure smooth, clean, and professional finishing on all work.
• Repair and maintenance of existing paintwork as required.

Gypsum & Ceiling Works:

• Experience in gypsum board partition and ceiling work.
• Installation, finishing, and repair of gypsum partitions, false ceilings, bulkheads, light coves, and wall features.
• Skilled in taping, jointing, and sanding gypsum boards to achieve invisible seams and smooth surfaces.
• Ability to execute curved and decorative designs in coordination with interior designers or supervisors.
• Ensure smooth, clean, and professional finishing on all work.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
