Hair Dresser Home Service

The Haier Dresser – Home Service is responsible for the delivery, installation, positioning (“dressing”), and basic demonstration of Haier home appliances at customer locations. The role ensures products are safely installed, properly displayed, and presented in a neat, professional manner while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and install Haier appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, TVs, etc.) at customer homes.
• Properly position, level, and dress appliances according to Haier standards.
• Perform basic installation tasks such as unpacking, assembling accessories, and connecting units (as applicable).
• Conduct initial product checks to ensure correct functioning after installation.
• Explain basic product usage, safety guidelines, and maintenance tips to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the installation area and remove packaging waste.
• Handle products carefully to avoid damage during transportation and installation.
• Accurately complete service reports, installation checklists, and customer sign-offs.
• Follow company safety procedures and service protocols at all times.
• Coordinate with the service team for scheduling, spare parts, or escalations.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
• ITI / technical certification preferred (but not mandatory)
• Prior experience in appliance installation or home service is an advantage
