Hair Stylist – Luxury Hotel Salon (Station Rental + Commission)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Hair Stylist to join our luxury full-service salon located inside a beautiful oceanfront hotel in Santa Monica. This is an exciting opportunity for a stylist who wants to grow their clientele while also gaining access to hotel guests and walk-in traffic in a busy, high-end location.

Our salon offers a station rental plus commission structure, allowing you to maintain independence while benefiting from the exposure and support of a luxury hospitality environment.

Please note, this is not an hourly position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional hair services including cutting, styling, and blowouts
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences for both local clients and hotel guests
• Maintain professional appearance and excellent customer service
• Recommend retail and additional services when appropriate
• Work collaboratively with our spa and wellness team

Requirements:

• Valid California Cosmetology License
• Strong blowout and styling skills are a must
• Experience with color, cutting, and styling services for both men and women
• Makeup services are a plus
• Professional, polished appearance suitable for a luxury environment
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to build and maintain a loyal clientele
