Hairdresser

We are seeking a skilled and creative Hairdresser to provide professional hair care services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, stays current with hair trends, and is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and style preferences
• Cut, trim, wash, style, and dry hair using professional techniques
• Apply hair coloring, highlights, bleaching, and toning treatments
• Recommend suitable hairstyles, products, and aftercare routines
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations
• Stay updated on current hair trends, products, and techniques
• Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Manage appointment schedules and client records (if required)
• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Hair Stylist
• Certification or diploma in Hairdressing/Cosmetology (required)
• Strong knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Team-oriented with a professional appearance

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with modern trends (balayage, fades, keratin treatments, etc.)
• Product sales experience
• Social media or portfolio of previous work

Work Environment

• Salon, spa, or barbershop setting
• Standing for extended periods
• Use of professional hair and chemical products.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
